Please follow the following procedure:
- Fill out an application form. Application form is accepted by mail, by fax or thru email (speed.yu-card@smtj.co.jp).
- Your application will be processed and your SPEED Yu-Card will be sent to you. You may be contacted if further verification is required. Processing time of application is about one week.
- Upon receipt of your “SPEED Yu-Card “and the “Procedure on how to use SPEED Yu-Card” you can now transfer funds through Japan Post Bank ATM.
- The tracking number will be sent to your beneficiary and to your registered cell phone number. Kindly update Speed for any changes on both of your contact numbers.

Example 1:
If you deposit 10,000yen, total remittance to beneficiary will be 9,275yen.

Other Information:
- A fee of ¥500 will be shouldered by the applicant in case of replacement of damaged or lost cards and change of elected beneficiary. New cards with new number shall be issued.
- Free of charge for replacing defective cards. These are cards that are defective or did not work at first use.
